Heading Down the Road

Before departing for Ellensburg, got one last photo with Kao and Catherine & Jim.




Yesterday captured some photos on our walk of Jim and Catherine Kayaking on Strait of San Juan de Fuca. Good thing they went yesterday, as today was foggy.

Once we passed Seattle area and got on IH 90 less traffic and most of ride scenic crossing Columbia and going over Snoqualmie Summit Elev 3022 ft. We then passed farm land into Ellensburg around 200 miles from Oak Harbor.

Stayed at KOA for 1 night..our 3rd stay here over the years. Nice campground, but no satellite or Verizon.





Arrived  Fairchild AFB  on 2 July for 3 nights. Since we arrived early, we were able to get a full hookup site rather than having to dry camp for 3 nights. This is our 3rd stay here.Very nice base.

Leave on 5th for Missoula.
