Our Friends Rose Mary, Chuck and their grandson Ian visited us at the campground for the purpose of visiting the Thunderbird Museum and partake in the campground Potluck Lunch.

After enjoying a delicious lunch with many, many different dishes of salads, desserts, fried chicken and appetizers brought by the campers, we went over to the museum only to find that today they were closed due to "downtime of the squadron". The day was not lost as we were able to view the take offs of many F-22's and see the Thunderbirds on the tarmac. Ian was disappointed about the museum, but enjoyed seeing the fighter jets. Told him next year he could come again and visit the museum.

Ian is very inquisitive and had lots of questions about the motorhome. He did remark that the bathroom was small and he is not sure if he wants to take a trip in the motorhome. We enjoyed our visit and look forward to our invite to Chuck and Rose Mary's for dinner next week.

While waiting for them to arrive, took some pictures of a finch trying to feed from the hummingbird feeder. Our neighbor across the way has a parrot, so got a picture of it. This is second time we have met someone traveling with a parrot.
